OUR HISTORY….’Established 1980′
Bundaberg: Leburn & Associates was established in 1980 – It was find a phone box to call the office. No mobiles back then! Working as a husband and wife team we developed a boutique agency noted for selling the most expensive property in town. One such sale in the seaside suburb of Bargara, of $300,000.00 set the record for any property sale in Greater Bundaberg area including Cane farms.
Brisbane 1983: We moved our family and our boutique office in Kenmore, in Brisbane Western Suburbs. It was the mid 80’s with interest rates as high as 22%. Homes sold with vendor finance; rent to purchase; trades of property as part payment on purchase of lager property. 1990’s with knowledge of the local Brisbane river areas, we soon became renowned for selling prestige riverfront property throughout Brisbane. Selling Brisbane’s ‘Homes of Distinction’.
Main Beach 2001: 44 years on, you can find our office on Tedder Avenue (next to Hard Coffee). Here we are just as dedicated to providing the same professionalism that we have offered all of our clients over the years. Sellers and Buyers are kept up to date on the Lowest; Medium; Highest sales report of the buildings in Main Beach, just by looking in our window.
